A 97-unit Permanent Supportive and Affordable housing Mixed Use Development. A total of 72 Permanent supportive and 24 affordable units including 1 manager’s unit. Permanent supportive housing units will serve seniors, veterans, single-parent families and transitional-age youth and be supported by HACLA project-based vouchers. VIP and The People Concern will provide full-time case management and offer Health and Wellness services and programs.
